  • 1500–3500 km: €400

  • Over 3500 km: €600

🛫 Options:

  2. Rebook to another flight

⏱ Flight delayed?

Delay thresholds:

  • <1500 km → 2h

  • 1500–3000 km → 3h

  • >3000 km → 4h

👉 Even for shorter delays, you get:

  • 2 free calls/emails/faxes

  • Accommodation & transfers for longer delays

🛑 >5h delay? You may request refund or return flight.

💶 >3h delay? Same compensation amounts as cancellation apply.

If you’re bumped due to overbooking (without your fault):

  • Compensation

  • Choice of refund or rebooking

  • Assistance & care

🛑 Don’t accept vouchers in exchange for giving up your rights!


🧳 Lost or damaged baggage?

  • Airline must deliver late baggage promptly

  • Up to €1300 compensation for damage or loss

📅 Report damage within 7 days! Don’t exit the airport with damaged bags.


📞 Airline support unreachable?

  • Visit check-in desk or ticket office

  • Try free online rebooking

  • Advance costs if needed — keep receipts!


💼 How to claim compensation:

  1. Keep boarding card, receipts, emails

  2. Email the airline, citing EU261/2004

  3. No reply in 2 months → escalate to national authority

  4. Consider dispute resolution services (often on contingency)
