1.5 Upon confirmation of the reservation in accordance with the procedure outlined in these General Terms and Conditions, a contract is established, and the service provider is obliged to provide a parking space at the Parkfly airport parking lot for the time requested by the customer. The reserved parking spaces are not designated parking spaces.

1.6 These General Terms and Conditions are valid from August 15, 2024, for an indefinite period (original version: July 1, 2011). The service provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions by the customer is a prerequisite for making a reservation.
